Queenscliff 3 Murray Road

Landmark Design in Idyllic Setting

Floorplan

Overlooking Swan Bay looking out to St. Leonard's and beyond, the swans come and go as you gaze out from the deck above this pristine environment just 400 metres from the famed Narrows Beach. Entering the spacious living zone on this first level, the cool air wafting on the summer breeze, you may take brief respite before returning to the office that is adjacent; or maybe relax in the master bedroom which has a most modern ensuite.

Alighting the stairs to the ground floor, another two bedrooms with built-in-robes and their own large bathroom are positioned well to the rear of the passageway; this leads to the ultra-modern kitchen with stone finish brought to life by the tonal colour that surrounds the island bench. On entering the expansive entertainment zone at the front, you are immediately reminded of the location with the bird sounds rising through the open doors leading to another deck, and there it is! Yes, another view of the Bay.

Dual split systems enhance the coolness of design and heating for warmth throughout and the laundry is tucked away to the rear of the home whereby one accesses the garage, but...

Important Information

Fletchers Area Guide Queenscliff, VIC 3225

Situated on Bellarine Peninsula and the entrance to Port Phillip Bay, Queenscliff's first residents came in the 1850s. The settlement received a fillip 20 years later when a rail service connected the town to Geelong. Today, that rail service only runs 16 km from Drysdale - now as a tourist attraction. The Bellarine Rail Trail is a walking and cycling track that largely follows the railway line. Historical buildings abound in and around Queenscliff's commercial centre.
