As mentioned, an ensuite bathroom is attached to a queen bedroom and has a shower, vanity and toilet. The neat family bathroom, has a bath tub which families with young children will appreciate, as well as a separate shower and vanity. The toilet is separate.

The property is fully fenced at the rear making it pet friendly and suitable for families with young children.

Guest comfort is guaranteed all-year round. Evaporative cooling throughout the house for summer relief, whilst a wall space heater and wood heater in the main loungeroom, means you will be toasty warm during the cooler months.
