A beautifully-aged Queenscliff classic
With an ideal location, just a stroll from the main street, this immaculately-kept Edwardian home presents an enticing canvas on which to make your mark.
The picture-postcard front garden leads, via an enclosed verandah, to the front door and beautiful polished baltic-pine floorboards down the central passage. Generous rooms either side, with high ceilings and posh chandeliers, offer a suite of 3 bedrooms and a lounge - you choose the configuration.
Beyond is the bathroom, laundry, and spacious floor-tiled kitchen/dining space, with room for a second lounge. It opens onto a back verandah. The kitchen has a Westinghouse electric oven and gas cooktop, a Bosch dishwasher, and a walk-in pantry.
Up the winding stairs are two more bedrooms, a bathroom and kitchenette. The home has some fine period features, ducted gas heating throughout, and a single garage on the side - flanked by more appealing garden.

Important Information
Fletchers Area Guide Queenscliff, VIC 3225
Situated on Bellarine Peninsula and the entrance to Port Phillip Bay, Queenscliff's first residents came in the 1850s. The settlement received a fillip 20 years later when a rail service connected the town to Geelong. Today, that rail service only runs 16 km from Drysdale - now as a tourist attraction. The Bellarine Rail Trail is a walking and cycling track that largely follows the railway line. Historical buildings abound in and around Queenscliff's commercial centre.
