Queenscliff 38 Wharf Street
Charming Victorian cottage with Swan Bay views
Sometimes things aren't quite what they seem. So this apparently modest Victorian cottage continues to surprise and delight, the further you venture into its cleverly renovated interior.
Greeted by lovely polished timber floors, there are two bedrooms at the front - the master bedroom with a large dressing room, and a really smart modern ensuite. A cosy lounge/entertainment room has an open fire and a door to a leafy courtyard, while the main bathroom offers shower, bath, vanity and WC.
An expansive kitchen, dining and lounge showcases a fabulous vaulted timber ceiling with bolted beams, and opens to a north facing rear deck with delightful views of Swan Bay and the Marina - plus the rail line and regular boating activities.
A separate, self-contained wing with its own entrance houses two rooms (currently bedrooms), a bathroom, and a kitchenette - providing the possibility for rental accommodation.

Important Information
Fletchers Area Guide Queenscliff, VIC 3225
Situated on Bellarine Peninsula and the entrance to Port Phillip Bay, Queenscliff's first residents came in the 1850s. The settlement received a fillip 20 years later when a rail service connected the town to Geelong. Today, that rail service only runs 16 km from Drysdale - now as a tourist attraction. The Bellarine Rail Trail is a walking and cycling track that largely follows the railway line. Historical buildings abound in and around Queenscliff's commercial centre.
