Queenscliff 15 Raglan Street
Enhance the character or start afresh
It's called "Yearinga", and while its story may be lost to history, its character still shines through - offering the potential to rejuvenate its finest features and create something wonderful that combines the old and the new. The alternative, of course, is to redevelop this fine block (STCA) in one of Queenscliff's classic and much-sought-after streets.
Currently, the sprightly weatherboard home offers an enclosed front verandah, a living room with a stone-feature fireplace and a gas space heater, two bedrooms with north-facing windows, a kitchen with a stainless-steel SMEG gas oven and cooktop, a bathroom with a combined bath and shower, a laundry, and a long back garden with established plants and shrubs - and a tin shed at the end.
Typical of its Victorian era, it features beautiful polished Baltic Pine floorboards. It's also located close to Cottage-By-The-Sea and Santa Casa beaches - and just an easy stroll to the schools and main street.

Fletchers Area Guide Queenscliff, VIC 3225
Situated on Bellarine Peninsula and the entrance to Port Phillip Bay, Queenscliff's first residents came in the 1850s. The settlement received a fillip 20 years later when a rail service connected the town to Geelong. Today, that rail service only runs 16 km from Drysdale - now as a tourist attraction. The Bellarine Rail Trail is a walking and cycling track that largely follows the railway line. Historical buildings abound in and around Queenscliff's commercial centre.
