John kept us informed every step of the way: when to expect the photoshoot; board location; wording for the advertising; dates of the open for inspections; the setting up of auction day; and internet access to our property profile. All associated costs of advertising and commission were in writing - so no nasty surprises! After each open for inspection, within half an hour John would ring and give us an update on the people attending, the interest of people - for and against. Administration staff would also send a weekly letter with an update. John was always early to set up open for inspections and was well prepared.
