I wish to comment on the efficiency of the property department. I signed the lease and picked up the keys on Friday 18th and moved in over the weekend of the 19th and 20th. Most efficent.

In recent weeks we have discussed the situation about a rent increase for our property. Although we knew we could have raised the rent $20 - $25 per week, we have fantastic tenants and therefore decided to raise by $5 per week only. Our property manager - Brooke Grealy was fantastic and agreed totally. We feel we are in a much better situation to have our property tenanted with good tenants rather than chase higher rents and perhaps not have people who want to  stay long term. 

I am absolutely very happy with the level of service Brooke continues to provide. I have already told all my friends and colleagues about her and will continue to refer Brooke proudly.

This is my second experience as a property investor and I must say that the difference in experiences between my first property and my one managed by Brooke Grealy is totally different. Her management has gone without a hitch for the full time I have had the property. Her choice of tenants has been great, they pay their rent on time every month and they have just recently signed up as tenants for a second year. The report on the house shows that they are looking after the property, which was one of my major concerns because the tenants I had in the last property had a dog that destroyed the backyard even when the lease stated that there was to be no animals. Because of the work that had to be done I lost several months rent. Keep up the good work Brooke.
