Dear Glen, it is with sincere thanks to you for selling our property in two weeks. As you know, we had tried to sell with other agents in the area with no success. This time we were in very professional hands with an excellent team and an excellent result.

Glenn obviously has a good work ethic as he agreed to meet us at short notice in the evening for a property inspection which ended up being by torchlight. He took us seriously and provided us with a contract the same evening.

Sorry we didn’t use the Olinda office with our other sales. Service provided by both Glenn and his team has been excellent. Having had previous very upsetting/poor experiences with other agencies, we were very wary listing our house. Local opinions suggested Glenn was the best and we were delighted to discover it was true! The process was quick, easy, friendly and we got an excellent result. He gave us continual feedback after every inspection, and we never felt pressured into making decisions we weren’t comfortable with. The whole team were professional, friendly and appear to genuinely like their jobs – a refreshing change! Highly recommend the Olinda office (and that says a lot coming from us)!
