First of all, I am delighted with the outcome of the auction on Saturday, especially as Tim was able to surpass my reserve price. Tim's team on Saturday exceeded all my expectations, beginning with the coffee van that put all participants in a good, relaxed mode, followed by ensuring all those who had expressed an interest in my property were ready to participate in the auction. Also, once the auction had been concluded the team continued to follow up with potential buyers.
