Our Conducting an Effective Performance Appraisal course is customised on each occasion to build into it your own organisation's performance appraisal system. We provide the theory and exercises to make the process an holistic one.
Your people will learn how to prepare for the process to maximise the result that all participants get from their involvement. We find most organisations investing a great deal of time into the fompletion of forms, but little or no time is invested in the ability of people to prepare and deliver an effective message or to receive one and to act on it effectively.
