As an inter-state seller, most of our communications were through email with a follow up phone call to clarify or discuss alternative strategies if required. We started the process about two months out from auction day and mapped out a path to ensure the property was appropriately marketed and had enough visibility to draw a good crowd at auction. The day before auction we had a lengthy discussion to discuss strategies for the day and set expectations based on feedback Jeremy received during the marketing campaign. The auction went off without a hitch and we were pleasantly surprised when bidding exceeded our expectations.
