Fletchers acknowledges the exceptional efforts of our Property Manager team who consistently go above and beyond year after year. We understand that the challenges they face are never-ending, and in recent years, the pressure has only increased. We are proud to have a connected & aligned team of highly dedicated area specialists serving our local communities.

The department recently caught up to celebrate National Property Managers Day on July 21, and reflected on what's made their year one of the toughest yet most rewarding.

"Despite the numerous industry changes we have encountered this year, our team has done an exceptional job of maintaining a strong level of service for our clients. They have prioritized building and maintaining strong relationships, as well as adopting a continuous growth mindset. Balancing supply and demand has been challenging, but we are proud of the dedication and commitment our team has shown" – Belinda Bisogino, Department Head.

Property Management featured heavily in our recent awards ceremony held at Forum Melbourne taking out a number of accolades across the evening. Excellence in Property Management was bestowed upon Sue D'souza (Portfolio Manager), Julia Zorzut (Department Head) was honored for her leadership & Alexandra Graziano (Portfolio Manager) took away the Rising Star award. Andrew Paterson (Director, Property Management) was thrilled to announce the 2023 Hall of Fame inductees: Belinda Bisogno (Department Head) & Brooke Grealy (Partner & Rental Trust Manager). Both individuals began their careers at Fletchers on the same day 18 years ago. This award honors their loyalty and exemplary leadership within the Property Management department and the broader Fletchers Group.

Our Property Management team deserves commendation for providing clients with the confidence and support necessary to thrive in the current climate. We are immensely proud of this team for consistently demonstrating high standards and dedication to assuring the future growth of our client's investments.
