Happy New Year all, welcome to 2012!
Whilst it was quiet on the auction-front last weekend in Melbourne, the Fletchers Group had some fantastic results at the beach on Saturday.
40 St Pauls Road, Sorrento sold for a whopping $1.4 million, a fantastic result that was well over reserve (see the happy vendors in the photo below). Fletchers Sorrento had a busy weekend, with several open for inspections and lots of buyers in attendance.
Up in Queensland, our Gold Coast South office sold 40 Parnki Parade, Palm Beach under the hammer for $667,000. A terrific crowd of around 80 people turned out to watch, including 12 registered bidders.
Our Bellarine Office didn't slow down one bit over the holiday period, with several new properties coming on the market each week. The team sold 14 Lawrence Road, Point Lonsdale for an undisclosed amount.
