Economists are widely tipping additional cuts in the coming months and agents are urging buyers to purchase now, as prices could well begin to rise again as confidence returns to property markets.
Senior Property Consultant, Graeme Keogh, told Property News that in areas like Blackburn, Laburnum and Forest Hill increased buyer activity was obvious, especially in those more exclusive pockets where demand is always high.

"We're finding there are more buyers now with the warmer weather coming on and with that, the forecast fall in interest rates is powering prices."
