Queenscliff 10 Lindors Close
Seaside Living Away From the Crowds
At the bottom of a quiet close just a short walk from Swan Bay and beaches you can take full advantage of the seaside lifestyle without any of the inconvenience of bustling crowds or traffic noise. With only the sounds of nature and your neighbours mowing the lawns on a sunny afternoon, this is the ideal coastal life.
On a private 592 sqm allotment, this four bedroom home provides much more space than you expect from the neat modern facade. The first of two living areas at the front of the home is large enough to incorporate formal dining if you choose whilst the master bedroom opposite is equally spacious and comes complete with WIR and ensuite.
Three further bedrooms in the rear of the home are perfect for a growing family being separated from the main living areas and sharing their own spacious bathroom.
The central kitchen overlooking the meals and second living area is a practical u-shape with abundant storage and work surfaces as well as built in pantry, wall oven, 900mm cooktop and dishwasher. Enjoying access to the undercover alfresco and lawned rear garden, the security and visibility of this space is ideal for entertaining and keeping an eye on the children.
With a rear roller door on the double garage, boats have a secure resting place invisible from the street which also makes for easy access to the garden for any landscaping works you might undertake.
Neutrally decorated and cleanly presented, this home would suit any purchaser who desires a handsome, low-maintenance property; for permanent family living, a well presented, low maintenance investment, or spacious and comfortable holiday home.

Important Information
Fletchers Area Guide Queenscliff, VIC 3225
Situated on Bellarine Peninsula and the entrance to Port Phillip Bay, Queenscliff's first residents came in the 1850s. The settlement received a fillip 20 years later when a rail service connected the town to Geelong. Today, that rail service only runs 16 km from Drysdale - now as a tourist attraction. The Bellarine Rail Trail is a walking and cycling track that largely follows the railway line. Historical buildings abound in and around Queenscliff's commercial centre.
