This Has The WOW!

Floorplan

"Sold by James Gladman of Fletchers". Less than two years ago the current owners turned the key in the grand timber front door of this new Robert Robertson designed home. Much thought had gone into the design and life since the moving van arrived that first time has been the culmination of many dreams. You, as the new owners may not have the excitement of building, but neither do you have the headaches or hard work associated with it...you just get to enjoy!

From first glimpse of this home, the love that has gone into its creation is clearly evident. The perfectly manicured front garden is a unique blend of stone, pebble, native and Alpine plantings with a large double garage that is tastefully merged with the vanilla weatherboard façade. The parkland and water access at the end of the street coupled with the close proximity to Hesse Streets buzzing cafe precinct provide the basis for a lifestyle that is only enhanced once you get inside.

This 5 bedroom house has a ground floor that is a home in it's own right, comprising of master with fitted walk in robe and spacious ensuite (all of which overlook the side courtyard with full walls of floor to ceiling windows), 2 further bedrooms with built in robes serviced by a stunning family bathroom and an enormous open plan living room (with feature Anglesea Stone fireplace), meals and gourmet kitchen (with butler's pantry, laundry and powder room behind). The upper level shares another 2 bedrooms (BIRs), third bathroom, central rumpus room, fitted sewing/craft room and fully fitted huge rear office with walk in storage/archive room and beautiful views to Swan Bay. What an inspiring place to work!

Undoubtedly an impressive list of features already, but add to these the spotted gum timbers throughout, solid stone benchtops, fully integrated appliances, ducted heating/cooling, surround sound, masses of built in storage, designer tapware, floor to ceiling ceramic tiling in wet areas, timber panel ceilings, 22,000 litre underground concrete water tank and solar heated in-ground swimming pool and it is even more apparent that this is a home in which comfort and pleasure are of key importance.

Important Information

Fletchers Area Guide Queenscliff, VIC 3225

Situated on Bellarine Peninsula and the entrance to Port Phillip Bay, Queenscliff's first residents came in the 1850s. The settlement received a fillip 20 years later when a rail service connected the town to Geelong. Today, that rail service only runs 16 km from Drysdale - now as a tourist attraction. The Bellarine Rail Trail is a walking and cycling track that largely follows the railway line. Historical buildings abound in and around Queenscliff's commercial centre.
