Stunning Lifestyle Opportunity!

Floorplan

This substantial 2 bedroom residence, is much larger than you might envisage, the open living areas would put many a modern new home to shame and are finished with only the best materials.

Tasmanian oak floors set off the sleek lines and stylish fit out of a gourmet kitchen that boasts stone benchtops, Blanco appliances and a view to the central light well / courtyard as well as the shady rear balcony / entertaining area. Completely separate from one another, but sharing a further balcony to the front of the building overlooking the activity of the Main Street, each of the bedrooms is an example of abundant space, storage and style.

A full luxury bathroom servicing the master is complimented by a second shower / powder room in the short passage at the top of the stairs. A clever European laundry completes the living space but a large single garage/ enclosed multi purpose room with additional storage beneath the apartment ensures that every consideration has been taken care of.

Important Information

Fletchers Area Guide Queenscliff, VIC 3225

Situated on Bellarine Peninsula and the entrance to Port Phillip Bay, Queenscliff's first residents came in the 1850s. The settlement received a fillip 20 years later when a rail service connected the town to Geelong. Today, that rail service only runs 16 km from Drysdale - now as a tourist attraction. The Bellarine Rail Trail is a walking and cycling track that largely follows the railway line. Historical buildings abound in and around Queenscliff's commercial centre.
