I wish to convey my admiration and thanks to you Julia for the way in which the Fletchers Team has managed our property. All team members have been exceptional in their performance of their duties. In particular Jason Lee has been excellent. His determination in trying to find a suitable tenant for our property has been outstanding. The constant effective communication has been greatly received as we believe communication is paramount in all circles of business. We understand that times are challenging but Jason has been resilient when the chips have been down. Thank you again for your excellent service.

Julia had been managing our property for some years until its recent sale. From our initial interaction to the very last, Julia has been unfailingly reliable, trustworthy, diligent, courteous and personable. We have particularly valued her outstanding communication skills and keenness to care for both us and our tenants.

My husband, Chris, and I have been leasing a property in Month Albert North for close to two years now, during which time our Property Manager has been Julia Zorzut. Julia is not only extremely professional in the way in which she conducts her work, but is obviously passionate about providing excellent service. As busy people ourselves, we value her flexibility and greatly appreciate the fact that she is always on time and arrives when she says she will. She listens to our feedback and provides timely advice - we always feel heard and considered.

Julia has also been a fantastic advocate for us regarding our lease and property requests - she cares for both the tenant and the landlord and seeks to ensure that both parties are looked after. Emails and phone calls are always promptly replied to and returned, even if this means she has to extend her already long office hours.

Most importantly, Julia exudes a lovely warmth and friendliness, and is extremely personable and relatable. This has not always been our experience with Property Managers in the past, and we appreciate the lovely and professional person she is.

I just wanted to sing my praises for Julia!! I am a home owner who has had to locate a secondary residence closer to my workplace. I found the process of searching and renting for a premises overwhelming with several agents not presenting an accurate picture of the rental premises. In addition, I would turn up to inspections, only to find the rentals were already secured or misleading or fought for. Julia has been very prompt in getting back to me despite my rather vague message inquiring about the apartment, and I expected no response (I was pretty over it by then). Julia is articulate, warm, professional, immaculately dressed and a straight shooter. I appreciated her guiding me through the various contracts and requirements to secure the property. Things have come a long way since I rented as a uni student with very little in pocket for a grungy house in Fitzroy !!

Anyway, thanks again. You are clearly a great boss with a forward thinking company as she has indicated in previous discussions. She definitely deserves a bonus!! At least shout her breakfast!!

10 – Would definitely recommend. I have had good tenants for the last five years and the property has been taken care of. With Julia doing the inspections, all has gone well. I have been very pleased with the service from Fletchers.

I wanted to drop you a quick note to express my high degree of satisfaction regarding the exemplary service I recently enjoyed whilst dealing with your Agency. I refer specifically to the efforts of Julia Zorzut. The process of moving house is often fraught with difficulties, inconveniences and conflicting priorities. Ms Zorzut has gone out of her way to assist in resolving many of these issues rapidly and efficiently, enabling the whole process to be considerably less painful than that experienced with past relocations (there have been a few moves over the years). This is the second time I have used Julia in five years and both times she has exceeded every facet of my expectations. I personally wouldn’t dream of using another agent unless Julia herself didn’t want to take on the property. I couldn’t think of another professional person I have met in the last six years that I would recommend more highly than her.
