My property was unsuccessfully listed for rent with two local agents before I moved it to Fletchers. The difference in communication, professionalism and outcome was miles apart. Andrew, Adrian and the Property Management team at Fletchers far exceeded my expectations in every regard, and let the property within a few weeks. I could not recommend them more highly enough and only wish I had have listed with them first.

Hi Andrew,

I just wanted to sing my praises for Julia!! I am a home owner who has had to locate a secondary residence closer to my workplace. I found the process of searching and renting for a premises overwhelming with several agents not presenting an accurate picture of the rental premises. In addition, I would turn up to inspections, only to find the rentals were already secured or misleading or fought for. Julia has been very prompt in getting back to me despite my rather vague message inquiring about the apartment, and I expected no response (I was pretty over it by then). Julia is articulate, warm, professional, immaculately dressed and a straight shooter. I appreciated her guiding me through the various contracts and requirements to secure the property. Things have come a long way since I rented as a uni student with very little in pocket for a grungy house in Fitzroy !!

Anyway, thanks again. You are clearly a great boss with a forward thinking company as she has indicated in previous discussions. She definitely deserves a bonus!! At least shout her breakfast!!

10 - We have used Fletchers Property Management service since 2002 and are very happy indeed with the service. We have recommended Fletchers to others on several occasions.

I wish to sincerely thank you for the successful management of Benwerrin Road over recent times, and in finalising the details for the transition to new ownership, which will be happening shortly.

I would also extend thanks to the Fletchers team involved in the management of the unit since 2011 - when Mum entered Aged Care - particularly on behalf of my sister GE who held power of attorney over that time and dealt with the firm on a regular basis.

Andrew, congratulations for having such a keen and enthusiastic Margaret on your team. Since coming on board with Fletchers Property Management, I’ve been very impressed by the contrast I see between Fletchers and the previous agency (no names need be mentioned!) that I’d been with for so long. I must compliment you for putting together and no doubt continuing to guide the team to be a team of truly professionals in this business which unfortunately tend to be dominated by a lot of mediocre operators who do not have a lot of pride in what they do. I must commend Margaret for being very much on the ball in looking after my property. She’s keeping me well informed with what's happening as well as taking prompt action when and where needed to get issues addressed and fixed. Her enthusiasm, keenness and eye for detail gives me a lot of confidence and I’ll certainly be speaking highly of her and Fletcher’s to all my property investor friends.
